We excel in the industry by making a complete preproduction processing in Gothenburg before the start of production. This means that any form of adjustments and panelizing with fiducials, paste files, etc. are clearified already on the day of order, this to minimize errors and time wasted during production. Our engineers in Gothenburg communicate directly with you or your CAM engineer if questions arise.
The production documentation is archived in our database and acts as a hub for both orders and quality control. Since the data follow the Multi-Teknik documentation standard, it means a lot to our loyal manufacturers thus know that they will have the same documentation structure all the time.
Despite the shutdown of the production, the production planning (CAM) is kept intact and personnel, procedures and software are the same as before. We are often asked to assist in project planning and technical support at an early stage of development. Staff's long experience making them comfortable in the role, and often it can be directly decisive for advanced designs.
Since 1996 we are using Frontline GENESIS 2000 CAM package. The software is world leading in its field and is almost exclusively used in the Far East.
