Quality
Our approach to continuous quality is simple. We at Multi-Teknik makes our own quality control of all printed circuit boards, in addition to the normal control made by the manufacturer. It may sound like "pie-in-cake", but since we measure the input and output quality, we see that this is beneficial for us and our customers.
For all small volumes and prototypes the quality control is
made by Multi-Teknik China with permanent Swedish
personnel using the same procedures and equipment.
Multi-Teknik Gothenburg. The pcb's are delivered with express service directly to the customer.
For bigger volumes and longer leadtimes we use weekly
consolidated freights from Hong Kong to Multi-Teknik
Gothenburg. The extra quaity control is made either in
Gothenburg or inside the factory prior to shipping. The quality system is digital and stored on an external server so that both China and Gothenburg has the same access to data, statistics and reporting.
Our quality policy
Our mission is to deliver printed circuit boards, which meets the stated specifications to the Scandinavian market. The company's ambition is that all deliveries shall be made in due time and with the right quality when each delivery is considered as a recommendation for future missions. Quality is a concern of all employees within the company.
